Returns & Refunds policy

Documentation: You must include the original or a copy of the receipt with your return.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Timeframe: Returns must be sent within 7 working days of receipt; later returns may be rejected.

Liability: The sender is responsible for any items lost in transit when returning goods.

Damaged Goods: You must report any damage by phone within 24 hours of delivery.

Restocking Fee: A 10% fee applies to returned items that were supplied correctly but are no longer wanted.

Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for clearance, promotional, end-of-line, discounted, or special order items.

Incorrect Shipments: If we send the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs to resend the correct one.

Warranty Claims:
