Returns & Refunds policy

  • Documentation: You must include the original or a copy of the receipt with your return.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be sent within 7 working days of receipt; later returns may be rejected.

  • Liability: The sender is responsible for any items lost in transit when returning goods.

  • Damaged Goods: You must report any damage by phone within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% fee applies to returned items that were supplied correctly but are no longer wanted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for clearance, promotional, end-of-line, discounted, or special order items.

  • Incorrect Shipments: If we send the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs to resend the correct one.

  • Warranty Claims:

    • You must call us before returning any warranty items.

    • If accepted, we will cover the return carriage costs.

    • We reserve the right to repair or replace items rather than issuing a credit note.

    • Denied warranty claims will be returned to the buyer upon request at their cost
